US Figure Skating Men In A Tight Spot

While Johnny Weir finished second in the Men's short program today behind favorite Evgeni Plushenko, Matthew Savoie finished 8th and bronze medal 2005 World Champ winner Evan Lysecek finished 10th. As Plushenko is more than 10 points in the lead, unless he completely falls on his ass more than once, he's got the gold. There is less than 1 point between Weir and the person in third so his hold on the silver is tenuous at best.

Good luck Thursday night boys. It looks like you will need it!
